Hopefully we can answer most of your questions below.

I want to have a video made, what do I need to do next?

First, complete an order form and will contact you with the additional instructions.  But just so you know, there are a couple of options:

  • (Recommended) We will create an account for you on Shutterfly.com where you can share your selected photos with us.  We will email you with your log-in information.  Then, simply respond to us with a list of favorite songs or desired mood of the video and we'll start to build your sound track.
  • Mail us a CD of your burnt photos via Fed-Ex, UPS, or US Postal Service (preferred shipping methods) along with a list of favorite songs or desired mood of the video and we'll start to build your sound track.
  • (Not Recommended) If you do not have any digital photos, nor access to a scanner, you can mail us the paper versions of your photos.  Photos are priceless memories and often hard to replace - we strongly discourage you from taking the risk of something bad happening to them while in transit.
How quickly are you able to complete the videos?

Speed of completion is dependent upon a few choices you can make.  If you select to use the quicker options, we can complete your video and have it back to you more quickly.

Typical timelines:

  • 2 Weeks - Post your scanned photos to the account we create for you on Shutterfly.com
  • 3 Weeks - Send us your photos on CD via Fed-Ex or UPS expedited shipping
  • 4 Weeks - Send us your photos on CD via US Postal Service
  • 5 Weeks - Send us your printed photos via Fed-Ex or UPS expedited shipping
  • 6 Weeks - Send us your printed photos via US Postal Service
I do not know what kind of music to suggest or have included in my video.  Do you have any suggestions?

Let us know the occasion, some information on the audience that will be watching the video, and preferences of the gift recipient and we'll be able to help you with the perfect tunes to complete the soundtrack of your video!

What types of payment do you accept?

For your security and protection, we only accept orders via PayPal.  Payments attempted to be made directly to Memory Maker Videos by cash, check, or money orders will not be accepted.

How do you ship my video to me once its completed?

The standard shipping method ($5 price) is UPS Ground.  If your special event is coming up quickly, please contact us about additional expedited shipping options.
